Are the prices in the fare calculator flat rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every quote is a flat, published, all-inclusive price for a private (non-shared) transfer — never metered and never surge-priced. The number you see includes vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, FL-417/FL-528/FL-429 tolls, meet & greet, live flight tracking, and free car seats. Gratuity is optional and never auto-added.

How is the fare calculated?

Each destination has a published MCO sedan flat rate (the same one we quote by phone). SFB pickups add a small distance delta, and other vehicle classes are scaled by capacity: SUV, premium sedan/SUV, Mercedes Sprinter (up to 14) and motor coach (up to 56). Round trip simply doubles the one-way rate — book both legs together, get one bill.

What's included in every fare?

Vehicle, uniformed chauffeur, fuel, all Central Florida tolls (FL-417, FL-528, FL-429), meet & greet inside MCO or SFB baggage claim with a printed name sign, live flight tracking that auto-adjusts your pickup, 60 minutes of free wait at the airport (15 minutes elsewhere), and free infant, convertible or booster car seats on request. No late-night surcharge, no holiday surge, ever.

Do you charge extra for early-morning or late-night rides?

Accepted Answer

No. The fare calculator returns the same flat rate for a 3 AM MCO pickup, a midnight Port Canaveral return, Halloween Horror Nights transfers, and FIFA World Cup 2026 match nights. If it shows $95 in the calculator, it's $95 at 3 AM.

What about tolls, car seats and luggage?

All FL-417 / FL-528 / FL-429 tolls are included in the fare. Free infant, convertible and booster car seats on request — multiple seats, no charge. Sedans fit 2–3 bags, SUVs fit 5, Sprinters fit 20+. Skis, golf clubs, medical equipment and strollers are fine — mention them at booking so we assign the right vehicle.

Can I get a quote for a destination that isn't in the dropdown?

Yes. How does this compare to Uber, Lyft or Mears Connect?

The number shown is a real flat rate. Rideshare fares from MCO to Disney typically start around $60–$80 during the day but surge to $120–$180+ at night, on event weekends, or during rain — plus you get a random gig driver. Mears Connect is shared shuttle at ~$32/pp (a family of four pays ~$128 anyway, on a 90–120 min multi-stop route). Our $95 MCO → Disney sedan is one direct 25-minute private ride, meet & greet inside baggage claim, car seats included.

Do I pay when I book?

Accepted Answer

No prepayment is required to reserve. We confirm the flat rate in writing (email or WhatsApp) and charge the card on file after the trip. Corporate accounts get consolidated monthly invoicing on request.
