For 2 or more travelers, yes. Mears Connect charges per person (~$32–$45 each way) and makes multiple resort stops. Our flat $95 private sedan covers the whole group — non-stop to your resort with no strangers. A family of 4 pays roughly $128–$180 round-trip on Mears Connect vs $190 round-trip in our private sedan, and the private ride saves 45–90 minutes of shuttle stops.

Door-to-resort is typically 35–45 minutes via SR-417 or I-4. We monitor traffic in real time and pick the fastest route. Total time from baggage claim to your resort lobby, including luggage loading, is usually 45–55 minutes.

Yes — we drop you at the main entrance of every Disney World resort, Four Seasons Orlando, Swan & Dolphin, Shades of Green, and Bonnet Creek properties. Bell services takes your luggage from there.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute Publix grocery stop on the way from MCO to your resort — perfect for water, snacks, breakfast items and diapers. Just request 'grocery stop' at booking.

What's your gratuity policy?

Gratuity is NOT included in the flat rate. Standard industry gratuity is 18–20% for excellent service, and 100% goes directly to the chauffeur. You can pre-add it at booking or hand it directly on arrival.
