    • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    • We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash.

Airport Transfers

  • Do you monitor flights for delays?

    • Yes, we monitor flight schedules in real-time to adjust pickup times accordingly.

  • Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

    • For arrivals, our driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign displaying your name. Specific instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation.

  • What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

    • If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If your flight is canceled, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your transfer.

    • We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 1-2 hours before the park's opening time to allow for travel and security checks.

  • Can I book a round-trip transfer to a theme park?

    • Yes, you can book a round-trip transfer. Please let us know your preferred pickup time for the return trip when booking.

 

Hourly Services

  • What is included in the hourly service rate?

    • The hourly service rate includes the vehicle and driver for the specified number of hours. Mileage may be limited, and additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and gratuity.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours for hourly service?

    • Yes, there may be a minimum hour requirement, depending on the vehicle type and location. Please inquire when booking.

  • Can I make multiple stops during an hourly service booking?

    • Yes, you can make multiple stops. Just let your driver know your itinerary.

 

Group Transfers

    • We offer spacious SUVs, vans, and mini-buses to accommodate groups of all sizes.

  • How many people can your group transfer vehicles accommodate?

    • Our SUVs can accommodate up to 6 passengers, vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers, and mini-buses can accommodate up to 20 passengers.

  • Can you accommodate groups with a lot of luggage?

    • Yes, please let us know in advance how much luggage your group will be bringing so we can ensure the vehicle has enough space.

  • Can you pick up our group from multiple locations?

    • Yes, we can arrange for multiple pickup locations. Please provide us with the addresses and the order in which you would like to be picked up.
