Timing Your Cruise Transfer
The drive from MCO to Port Canaveral is about 45 miles via the SR-528 Beachline, typically 55 to 70 minutes. Boarding usually closes 60 to 90 minutes before departure, so we time your pickup around your ship's check-in window and allow extra margin on busy weekend embarkation mornings.
Debarkation Day Pickups
On your return, we stage the vehicle at your terminal before guests are released, then drive you straight to MCO, SFB or your Orlando hotel. For a same-day flight, we recommend booking a departure from MCO after about 12:30 pm.
Choosing a Vehicle for Cruise Luggage
Plan one checked bag and one carry-on per passenger. Couples usually fit a sedan; families of four to six with full cruise luggage are more comfortable in an SUV; larger groups should book the Sprinter. Mention scooters, wheelchairs or strollers when booking and we will match the cargo space.

How early should I leave for the port?
We recommend departing your hotel at least 3 hours before your scheduled boarding time. Your reservation will be timed accordingly.
Do you handle luggage?
Yes. Your chauffeur loads and unloads all luggage curbside at both pickup and drop-off.
Which cruise terminals do you drop off at?
All of them. Give us your cruise line and ship name and we drop you at the correct terminal entrance, including Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian and MSC terminals.
Can I book a pre-cruise hotel stop?
Yes. We serve Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Titusville hotels for pre-cruise nights, and additional stops can be added to your booking.
