3. Booking and Reservations

  • Booking Process: Reservations can be made via phone (689-294-6092) or email (orlandoluxurycs@gmail.com).

  • Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from us.

  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup location, date, time, flight details (if applicable), and contact information.

  • Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full fare.

  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle unavailability, driver illness, or unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for our services are available on our website or can be obtained by contacting us directly. Prices may vary depending on the service, vehicle type, distance, and time of day.

  • Payment: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and cash. Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as agreed upon.

  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, extra stops, waiting time, and excessive luggage.

 

6. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, disorderly, or poses a threat to the safety of the driver or other passengers.

  • Damage to Vehicle: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your party. You will be charged for the cost of repairs.

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. We will make every effort to locate and return lost items, but we cannot guarantee their recovery.

 

7. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orlando Car Service and Transfers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via our services.

  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
